How does the 12 months free offer work?
Sign up now and your first 12 months are completely free. You choose the monthly or annual plan and set up your payment details as normal, but nothing is charged for the first year. After 12 months your subscription continues automatically at the regular price (£100/month or £1,080/year).
Is VAT included in the price?
No, VAT will be added at checkout based on your location and tax requirements.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancel before your free 12 months end and you'll never be charged. For annual plans, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Is the client account free?
Yes! Client accounts are completely free. Only trade accounts require a subscription to access tender opportunities.
What happens after 5 tender requests?
Your subscription includes 5 tender requests per month. If you receive more than 5 tender opportunities in a month, additional tenders are charged at £20 each. This ensures you only pay for the value you receive.
