About
Essex-based, third-party certified passive fire protection specialists serving London, East Anglia and the South East. OJ Fire Protection has over 30 years’ construction and passive fire experience. We undertake fire stopping installation and remediation, fire door inspections, installation and maintenance, compartmentation surveys, cavity barriers, fire-rated partitions and ceilings, structural steel protection and intumescent coatings. Our work is certified through FIRAS and the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation and Maintenance schemes, and we are members of the Association for Specialist Fire Protection. Installations are completed using tested and approved fire-protection systems wherever reasonably achievable, supported by OneTrace photographic QA records and project-specific completion documentation. We work with building owners, managing agents, landlords, housing providers, facilities managers and principal contractors, covering individual remedial works through to larger passive fire-protection packages. Fire Door Inspections, Fire Compartmentation Condition Inspections and Fire Risk Assessments can also be arranged through appropriately competent in house specialist inspectors and assessors.
